24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment or your deposit will not be refunded.
Full cost of appointment will be charged for “no show”, non attendance of scheduled appointment with no advice
Appointment can be rescheduled through the bookings section prior to 24 hours before scheduled appointment.
Where appointment has been cancelled or rescheduled 2 times full payment will be required to secure your next booking or Anthea’s Holistic Charm can decline your booking at their discretion.
