I’m Anthea — intuitive healer, psychic medium, Reiki Master, angel guide, and founder of Anthea’s Holistic Charm and Anthea’s Wellness Collective. This sacred work is the essence of who I am. From a young age, I’ve walked between worlds — guided by angels, spirit, and a deep knowing that healing begins within.

As an angel guide trained under Kyle Gray, I offer spiritual clarity and heart-based guidance to those seeking support and direction. My gift as a psychic medium allows me to connect with loved ones who have passed, offering messages of peace, closure, and reconnection.

I am also a Reiki Master in the Gendai Reiki Ho lineage, offering energy healing sessions that restore balance, release emotional blocks, and reawaken a sense of self. Whether I’m working one-on-one, with couples, or in group settings, every session is held with presence, integrity, and deep compassion.

My work has now grown to include corporate wellness, through Anthea’s Wellness Collective — where I partner with conscious businesses, retreat venues, and high-end hospitality teams to bring breathwork, energy alignment, and mindful presence into the workplace. These experiences help teams reduce stress, improve clarity, and cultivate emotional resilience in an authentic and grounded way.

I also speak at women’s events, leadership luncheons, and wellness retreats — sharing stories, tools, and insights that bridge the spiritual and the everyday. My approach is real, heart-centred, and quietly powerful — designed to meet people where they are and gently guide them back to themselves.

Creativity is woven through all that I do. As a lifelong artist, I run intuitive painting workshops that combine meditation, colour, and energy awareness — inviting people to express emotion, explore healing, and connect with their own inner voice through art.
